From the villa, you can take a forest track leading to the most beautiful beaches in the region, and explore them using the coastal path.
These beaches are private, parking is paid, but access on foot is free.
The path between Fort Brégançon and Pellegrin beach offers you eight kms of a fabulous walk
Cabasson Beach
Cabasson beach is a fine sand beach, it adjoins Fort Brégançon, the second home of the President of the French Republic (it can be visited in summer by appointment with the Bormes tourist office).
Beach with crystal clear and shallow water for the first 10 meters.

Pellegrin Beach
Pellegrin beach is a large fine sand beach, appreciated for its pine trees along the beach which offer you a little shade.
The beach is accessible from the villa via forest tracks (7km) or 15 minutes by car.

Estagnol beach
Estagnol beach is a long white sand beach, bordered by the forest.
In summer, it is very busy, by walking 20 minutes on one side or the other of the coastal path, you will find equally beautiful beaches, accessible only by the path or the sea, with more space.
Two restaurants in the pine forest by the beach are open in season for lunch and dinner.

Favière beach
Favière beach is the most popular beach largest Bormian beach, it adjoins the port.
Many activities, restaurants, shops, are offered.
