Rental contract

I will ask you for aresort insurance, it's free with your home insurance

A50% settlement of the amount of the reservation to validate your reservation, 50% for the balance 30 days before your arrival.

I will send you aSeasonal location contract to sign, which will indicate among other things the cancellation conditions, to send back to me accompanied by the first part of the regulations.

Bail : upon your arrival, I will ask you for a check for €1,500, which I will not cash and will return 15 days after your departure.
